Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to programs and events offered by Snowlike Studio, LLC through Art Classes in Schaumburg.
Specific programs, promotions, corporate quotes, or booking pages may include additional terms. Where a specific written term applies to a particular purchase, that specific term controls.
1. Current Prices
Current prices are displayed on the applicable program or booking page.
Prices may change from time to time.
Please review the relevant page before registering or booking to confirm the current price.
A price change does not change the price of a purchase that has already been completed and confirmed, except where required to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.
2. Payment Methods
Payment methods vary by service.
Regular art classes may be paid by card at the studio.
Certain events, including Sip & Paint events, may offer or require online booking and payment through a third-party booking or payment provider.
Corporate event payment arrangements may be provided in the event confirmation or quote.
3. Regular Monthly Art Classes
Monthly tuition covers the number of scheduled visits stated on the applicable program page.
Tuition is due at the participant’s first scheduled class of the month unless another arrangement has been confirmed by Snowlike Studio.
If a participant joins after the beginning of the month, the amount may be adjusted according to the number of remaining scheduled visits that month.
4. Participant Absences
Monthly tuition reserves a place in the class.
If a participant misses a scheduled regular art class for personal reasons, the missed class is not deducted from the monthly tuition and does not automatically qualify for a refund, credit, or makeup session.
Snowlike Studio may choose to offer an alternative arrangement in an exceptional situation, but such arrangements are not guaranteed and do not create an ongoing entitlement.
5. Trial and Single Classes
Trial or single classes may be available at the current price displayed on the applicable program page.
Once a trial or single class has been attended, the fee is nonrefundable.
Promotional trial offers may be limited to specific dates or eligibility requirements.
6. Sip & Paint Cancellations
Unless different cancellation terms are clearly stated for a specific event:
A Sip & Paint reservation canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled event is eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event and no-shows are generally nonrefundable.
When possible, Snowlike Studio may consider a request to transfer or reschedule a reservation, but approval is not guaranteed.
7. Corporate Events
Corporate events are not reserved merely by submitting an inquiry form.
Snowlike Studio will confirm availability and event details before the reservation is finalized.
Payment deadlines, minimum or final participant counts, cancellation terms, deposits, or other event-specific conditions may be included in the written quote or confirmation.
Where corporate event-specific written terms are provided, those terms control.
8. Studio Cancellations
If Snowlike Studio cancels a class or event, participants will not lose the value paid for the canceled service.
Depending on the program and circumstances, Snowlike Studio may provide:
- A rescheduled session
- A makeup opportunity
- Account credit
- A refund for the affected service
The appropriate option will be communicated to affected participants.
9. Late Arrival
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time of a class or event.
A participant arriving late may join the remaining portion of the session when appropriate, but no refund or prorated credit is provided for time missed because of late arrival.
10. Promotional Prices
Discounts, promotional prices, coupons, or special trial rates apply only under the conditions stated with the promotion.
Promotions may be limited by date, program, availability, or participant eligibility.
Expired promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, booking system, or payment provider.
12. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a question about a payment, please contact Snowlike Studio so we can review the transaction.
13. Policy Changes
We may update this policy as our programs or payment systems change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.
